About the Board of Directors (BoD)
The Board of Directors (BoD) is the supreme governing body of the Endowment Fund, providing strategic direction and oversight.
The BoD set bylaws, rules and procedures for the conduct of EFS activities, sanction grants for its various programs, and delegates powers to the Chairman of the Board of Directors / Vice Chancellor, UAF for certain emergent needs.
Formal approval of BoD is obtained in the next forthcoming meeting. The BoD also appoints other than ex-officio members of TAC/BoD.
